Doctors, I am very slow at work and I decided to try something that is new to me. I decided I want to blog. I also had the idea to make a little group of people to write in it to share thoughts of our practices that we all may want to hear from each other. Hope you are into it. The name of this blog came from Chris' e-mail of chiropractic notes dating back about 2 years and I thought I'd give it life again. I need Aaron's e-mail address to add him to this.

Time definitely moves slower than expectations. I wait for a build up in patients and it feels like many more weeks have passed than reality. ...my thought for the day.
